Freed from Unhealthy Foods

I have been on a path to wellness and healthiness for about 5 years. Two years ago, I read Dee McAfree’s book, Plan D, and it transformed our lives and pantry! I lost 35 lbs that year and have kept it off. We now know what foods to eat that are nourishing and yummy! Last year I was told I had a gluten intolerance, but didn’t take it seriously at first. I have since gone GF and have felt much better. Though my grocery budget has gotten bigger, it is so worth it!
