  • 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 T butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • approx. 1 cup crushed Corn Flakes cereal
  • approx. 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Mix all together and pour into greased baking dish. Cover with crushed Corn Flakes cereal and mini marshmallows, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6-8.

Serve to a happy, allergy friendly crowd.
