adapted from Practically Living

  • 1 box angel food cake mix (can substitute gluten free mix)
  • 1 15 oz. can lemon pie filling
  • 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar, for topping

Mix together and bake according to cake mix directions which is about 20 minutes. We baked them in a 9 x 13 rectangular pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when the bars cool.
