Gluten Free Conversion Chart from Gygi

by Jenn on October 19, 2012

Here’s a fantastic resource we found from Gygi.com that converts your favorite recipes for breads, cookies, cakes and more to a gluten free version by replacing the wheat flour in your recipe with the correct amounts of rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, and xantham gum.  This is WAY cheaper and more convenient than buying gluten free mixes at the store!

Thanks for this! Wow, it will make converting recipes so much easier!

I have a question though……

I have a huge bag of almond flour……..where can I sub that in on this chart, until its all gone?

Also, I am sensitive to potatoes, so what can I use instead?

Thanks!
