My little cousin (age 4) is stuck with several food allergies. Up until recently, he spent a lot of time in my home. It was frustrating at first to figure out what to cook, what was safe, and what to keep on hand. My other kiddos (13, 8, 4, and 2) were very interested in being a safe place for my little cousin to be, so they were very helpful. Our food allergy isn’t a full-time job, but it does change the way we shop and what we offer here in our home!
